    hi

    i bougt 100 memorex dvd -r, whenever i try to burn something on them (with nero or sonic) i got the invalid dvd error. i tried like 20 and same result, my writer is nec nd 3530A. i succesfully wrote to other dvd -r before, on the dvds i see 16X sign, can it be related to it? thx for the help

    Down the list is a user with your drive who could only burn 4x with the media. Check the media code to see if it's the same.

    Also under the writers someone said they found a firmware upgrade on the NEC site for your burner which improved some features. They don't mention your media though. Do any firmware upgrades at your own risk.
