How to make a music videos dvd.

How do I make a dvd using mpeg files with the feature of skip to next video. I don't want it to play complete with no chapters. I have alot of music videos I want to make a dvd with. So if anyone knows what program to use and how I would really appreciate it. Thanks

you can convert each video to dvd mpeg, splice them together with tmpgenc or any other mpeg merging program, load it up into dvdlabpro and chapter it out manually and create a menu with a selection of videos.....would be a little time consuming, but thats about the only real way i can think of doing it....
