  1. For the life of me I can't figure this out... and the encoder needs to crop too, but I can probably take care of that in VD myself.

    So you want to take the DVD video, audio, AND the subtitles and convert it all into an AVI? Isn't AutoGK supposed to do that?

    Tried AutoGK, works great. Somebody said AVI.NET was quite a bit faster?
