Bad files or bad program!

First off, you guys are great. Thanx for everything. Anyhow..... i have a bit of a problem. i have a 2 part movie, when i burn it-it plays the 1st half fine, when the 2nd part comes in the screen goes green. i can hear it but can't see it. I'm using DvdSanta. When i add the media files this is what i get: 1. part 1 avi file-length:41:45---size(352x240)
part 2 avi file-length:41:45---size(352x240)
Total Time comes up-1:23:36.
is there a better program that can convert and burn the entire files together. Any help is greatly appreciated!!!!! thanx
