i have captured my video in mpeg1 using dazzle. i use nero to burn the vcd's and notice that sometimes the audio and video is choppy?
what can i do to fix this problem? also do i need to re-encode the file using Nero or TMPEngc what will that do for me since the original file was captured in MPEG1 already?

I was able to solve the audio/video skip problem by allowing Nero to re-encode the MPEG1 file into VCD format. althought this took 2 hours, it seemed to fix the skipping problem. I think the quality has degraded a little bit because it looks a little grainy compared to the original MPEG 1 file. any thoughts? should i try capturing at a higher bit rate its currently set at 3000000
also i noticed that the original MPEG files totaled 700MBytes but when Nero re-encoded the program said the total space was 300MB? what's going on?
