  1. I'm having so many problems getting a DVD to play in my pioneer machine its unbelievable, i think i will have to give up on the damn thing.

I was thinking about getting a TViX mini, its basically a portable 100Gb Hd with remote control button built directly on it and with the ability to play

Video: MPEG-1, MPEG-2 (AVI, VOB) and MPEG-4 (AVI, DivX, XviD)

Audio: MP3, WMA, Ogg, PCM, Multimedia digital sound

it can also handle JPG pictures. You then just plug it into a TV to view the pictures, videos and or listen to the music, you can also plug into a stereo so the audio plays throught the stereos speakers. It sounds all to good to be true, does anyone own one or herd anything good or bad about them, thanks.

There was a very recent thread about something just like this in OT. I think though it was a different one that used a standard drive. cool idea though.
