Never tried it, but look at DGPulldown and use 23.976 to 25.000 progressive as custom rates?

I defer to PAL experts, but it is my understanding that you just play a 24 fps progressive file. PAL won't know the difference between 24 and 23.976.
It will run 4% fast just like all movies in PAL.
The frame size may need to be stretched from 480 to 576 lines.Recommends: Kiva.org - Loans that change lives.

I would leave it as NTSC 23.976, apply 2:3 pulldown (dgpulldown is fine for this) and author as NTSC. It will play fine in your DVD player. I have never had a need to convert NTSC material to PAL for viewing in Australia.

oh, nah i'm not going to watch it on dvd, i need it to be 24fps so that i can edit the footage in adobe premiere, because adobe premiere cannot edit 23.976fps footage in the same precise way as 24fps footage.Originally Posted by guns1inger
