    Editing Sound On Media ??

    I want to edit some really bad music on a Dvdr disc,
    but i want to keep the video footage, is there a tool i
    can use to do this.

    Rip, demux, edit audio, reauthor. Several tools (but not one for it all) to choose from.
    Rip/demux with DVDDecrypter.
    edit with (many audio tools available)
    Author with (many tools available)

    It sounds like you're wanting to edit "in-place", meaning save back to same media...You can't do that with a finalized DVD-R.

    Do what mats.hogberg suggested.
