    Howdy folks,

I'm in Brisbane, Australia, and I'm the market for a good free-to-air HDTV card for my PC. I don't mind whether it's PCI or USB, I just want something that's value-for-money, stable, easy to use, and won't give me any audio/video sync hassles or driver hissy fits or anything. I've been scouring the web for options, but there are almost too many on the market to choose from without giving oneself a migraine.

Basically I want to be able to:

    * Record SD and HD brodcasts on my PC.
    * Convert them to DVD to watch them on my standalone Digitrex DVD player.
    * Being able to record two programs simultaneously would be nice but not essential.

I don't need analogue tuning or analogue inputs as I still have an old Pinnacle Studio DC10+ card which is still going strong.

I've got all the freeware DTV software sussed out (I'll probably use GB-PVR and HDTVtoDVD and various other tools) but I just need some opinions on the various DTV cards out there: the good, the bad and the ugly.

From what I can gather, the Fusion HDTV products seem to be fairly highly regarded, but any other suggestions/advice would be appreciated.

    Thanks.
