    Hi, first post so go easy on me.

    I've successfully converted .tivo shows to .mpg using DirectShow dump, and now I want to resize them for use on a PDA. It seems that the conversion tools I tried don't want to work with these files. AutoGK can't find the audio track, and SUPER just throws errors.

    Is there something else I need to do, or maybe some better tools to use? I'd like to avoid purchasing software, and I'd rather not hack my tivo, but I'm open to suggestions.

    try fix it with videoredo, stream fix or pvastrumento or projectx or remultiplex with tmpgenc. or search for fix mpeg2.
