    Can anyone please tell me what tool would be best to convert

    Windows Media Files into MPEG / DVD Video Files

    I mtself for several reasons use the TMPGEnc 3.0 Xpress for encoding.

    One reason is that it will combine like kind clips into one output file, Sets the output bitrate automatic based on target such as DVD 4.7 or DVD 9, outputs several formats, using the proper codecs can handle most file types, etc.
