Error using Quenc 0.61 with an avs script

This the error message I'm getting also I was following instruction from https://forum.videohelp.com/viewtopic.php?t=222898&start=0&postdays=0&postorder=asc&highlight=. The way I did it before I get video with out of sync audio. Suggestions?



Also the script loks like this:
clip=AVISource("bones.s01e12.hdtv.xvid-xor.avi", False)
aud=WAVSource("bones.s01e12.hdtv.xvid-xor.wav")
AudioDub(clip,aud)
ResampleAudio(48000)

No warez. "Bones" isn't available on DVD yet, and furthermore "XOR" are a warez group:
