    I was hoping some very technical person cna give me a hand. I am looking for a single video format and specification that will work on ipod, PSP and the video enabled phones.

    I asume its something probably Mpeg-4, but what resolution and bit rate?

    probably mp4 with mpeg-4 sp 320x240(or lower for phones), aac audio.

    check the profiles for ipod,psp and phones in super 1 or 3gp converter or some other handheld converters.
