In the end what I am Trying to do is edit some unwanted content out of my favorite movies, then burn them without loosing quality, menus, or sound. HELP IF YOU CAN PLEASE!!!

Take a look in the Tools section under audio.

Also, you are in for a lot of work as you will need to remove the corresponding video frames for all of the audio that you remove, otherwise you will have major lip sync issues.

Never remove audio, simply reduce the volume to zero for those words, or put another sound over the top.

For 5.1 audio you will have to

    1. Demux the audio from the VOBs
    2. Demux the 5.1 to 6 mono wav files
    3. Edit each file as necessary. Remember that dialogue wont necessarily be in only one channel.
    4. Re-encode the audio back to 5.1
    5. Mux the audio back into the VOBs

A lot of effort. You might also want to read this recent post
