    Click the link in your own post - it'll take you to the tools page from where you can download the trial copy, or buy the "Plus" version for encoding MPEG2s permanently.

    Let's assume you mean the free version ...... in which case you can download it yourself from the tools section to your left, or using the link iLuvLandingStrips supplied.
