    I have avi files with both english and french running in the same time. How can I convert these avi files only in english to DVD format and what tool should I use?

    I would suggest VirtualDubMod - Streams - Stream list, then disable the audio you don't want. Then Save as avi, give it a name. Then proceed as usually.

    Assuming they are seperate streams. Sometimes they are different channel in the same stream. Determine what you have and work from there.
