    Hey guys,

So I don't know if this is the place for this but I dont know of any where else to ask. I am relatively new to video editing, but my camera is 5 years old. It is a Sony DCR TRV25. It is pretty decent size and I think it takes sub par video. I am thinking about getting a Sony PC1000. It would set me back a lot of money that I don't necessarily have extra but, hey, I love myself. Does anyone know if hte quality will be that much better and if On Screen video preformance will be much better. Thanks for any input and sorry if I'm not supposed to be posting about this!

I honestly feel that every time I post here I get such quick responses and almost always they are extremely helpful. Obviously after reading that, I am going to wait for the gs300 because I am looking for a compact camera that can get me some good quality. It is retailing for almost half of the PC1000 and I think it will do EXACTLY what I wanted. Thank you ed, and if anyone else has some suggustions I am open to hear it. I will now be browsin camcorderinfo.com on a regular basis
