    I took some video of the sunrise and sunset. I would like to make this video play in super fast forward just in this part of the video so that you can see the clouds move etc....

    Anyone know how to do this easily?

    I think you can do this in VDub using the decimate feature in frame rate conversion. (But I've never tried)
