I have a tungsten E palm pilot, and i'm wondering if anyone has taken a full movie from their collection and compressed it down for one of these devices? I have a 256 meg card in there and i'm wondering what's the smallest size people have compressed a feature length movie for a screen roughly 160x160?

I've done it with my Toshiba CE at a higher res. The quality isn't worth it unless you have an hour or two in an airport to kill and are desperate for something.
Why not just try one and see what it looks like? We have some tools here in https://www.videohelp.com/tools?s=36#36 you can try. Some freeware. You can set the size at about 100-200Mb to get about as best as possible quality VS the size. Pick up a few extra storage cards if you want a few more videos. -
thanks for the reply. i didnt realize there is a whole category of software dedicated to this here. i'm starting out by trying Pocket DVD-Studio for Palm. Anyone got any suggestions?
