I have several short DVD movies, 30 minutes long each. I want to back up them into one single DVD+/-R disc before burning start or finalization. Can I do it with the DVD Shrink? If no, is there any software allow to copy more than one DVD movies into one single DVD+/-R disc?

Rip all of the DVD's to seperate folders on your computer...then DVDShrink(in re-author mode) can put them to one DVD. There are several guides floating around that can show you exactly how...it is not difficult however.

Bear in mind that you lose menus if using DVDShrink and will need to create your own or get creative in something like PGCEdit.

DVDRemake Pro can merge up to 4 DVDs in one sitting, and just creates a top-level menu above the existing menus of each DVD. It's honestly as simple as going to Tools > Merge DVDs, and then selecting each DVD location.
    If in doubt, Google it.
