Need Some Help Guys

i've vcd mpeg file and i've burn it onto a dvd using nero 7, everything works fine except the language problem, when its played on a computer
i can switch from left or right speakers but when played on a dvd player i cant change anything, its just show invalid key when i try to switch the left and right button. The playback is ok, only thing is its playing both langauge at the same time, can anyone help..thank you

I always thought that volume and balance is controlled by your TV, not your DVD player?

Or perhaps you just have a fundamental lack of understanding on how VCD works?

On most Asian VCD's, they put one language on left channel and the other language on right channel of audio. VCD players have audio selection button that will just play the channel as mono.

If you just burn it to a DVD, you will have this exact same way, and on a DVD player you have no easy way to only playing one or the other channel, as it's all up to the TV!

There is nothing wrong with your DVD. That's exactly the way you made it.

If you actually want it to switch audio track by pretty a button on the DVD remote, you'll have to look up SVCD or DVD structure and reauthor the sound comletely by separating the tracks and all that.

Decide on what you want to do first.

Thank you for your info there, heh, i dont know wht tv you're having but i've being trying alot but its seems not to work, anyway could you yeach me how reauthor the sound comletely by separating the tracks, switching audio tracks on DVD and all that.
