In the past I've created VCDs using the provided temps with TMPGE. I've now tried experimenting with the various settings. The latest xVCD I encoded was from a Divx Avi. My settings were <CBR 2150 kbit/sec>. Source aspect ratio (under Advanced settings)is <1:1> .Motion Search Presicion was set at High Quality. Other than these changes the other settings were left unchanged. The end result was an xVCD with sound and video that are choppy. I know that Divx Avis are not the best videos to ecode due to the high compression rate. But I believe that maybe my bitrate is set to high. I'd be grateful for some input before I reecode. Thanks
