Failed to backup a DVD movie

Hi,

I tried to backup a DVD movie from Hong Kong but Nero or even Windows Explorer failed to read the DVD disc.

The movie played fine in DVD player and WinDVD in PC. How can I make a backup copy of a movie like this ?

is it a dvdr/w? or a commercial disc?

try backup with dvddecrypter or dvdfab decrypter.

then you must use a dvd ripper like dvddecrypter, dvdfab decrypter. you can't just copy.
