Hi,
I have trying to convert Xvid files with 2 audio streams to DVD using several different tools (DvidtoDVD, DVDLabPro, avi2DVD) . The results always have a reserved audio stream order. In order words, audio 1 should be primary (default) and audio 2 is the 2nd one. However, the final result is always with audio 2 being a primary and audio 1 be the 2nd one. What is the problem? How to fix it?
Thanks,
Jean

Open the VTS_01.0.IFO with IfoEdit. VTS_PGCITI/VTS_PGC_x (the PGC that has the audio information) and reverse the 2 'Audio stream status' values and save.
Example: Audio stream 1 = 32768, Audio stream 2 = 33024. Reverse the values to stream 1 = 33024, stream 2 = 32768.

Megahurts,
It works like magic. Once you know it, it is so easy. Thank you very much.
I've more question which I guess it may be done with ifoedit.
The files in VIDEO_TS directory are:
VIDEO_TS.BUP
VIDEO_TS.IFO
VTS_01_0.BUP
VTS_01_0.IFO
VTS_01_1.VOB
VTS_01_2.VOB
VTS_02_0.BUP
VTS_02_0.IFO
VTS_02_1.VOB
VTS_02_2.VOB
VTS_03_0.BUP
VTS_03_0.IFO
VTS_03_1.VOB
VTS_03_2.VOB
It contains 3 titles and each title has 10 chapters (which are automatically added by dvixtodvd). How can I do the following without re-write *.VOB files:
-- remove all chapter breaks, i.e. one title contains one chapter only.
- change all 3 titles into 1 titile with 3 chapters.
- how to add simple menus without re-write *.VOB files using ifoedit.
Thank you,
Jean

Hey Jean,
IfoEdit can make each title set see only the first chapter but most standalone players will not advance beyond that chapter with the next button. Do your titlesets play sequentially?
For what you're trying to do, I would use TDA as you could make menus, add all the VOB files to 1 track and delete all the chapters and add your own. The only problem is TDA excepts 1 audio track. I understand TDA Pro will accept 2 audio tracks but haven't tried it.
Since you have DVDLabPro, shouldn't you be able to do the same thing or will it not delete the chapter points?
Regards,
Chas

Hi, Megahurts,
My titlesets play sequencially. With Ifoedit, I'm able to change # of programs to 1 and keep 3 different titles. Only problem is that when I play it on DVD player, I can only search (by minute) the first title, but not 2nd and 3rd ones. Don't know if that is the problem with my player or something else.
My video has 2 audio streams, so, as you said, TDA will not work.
DVDLabPro is not easy to use and video converted from AVI is not good.
Thanks,
Jean
