Having trouble backing-up Mr. & Mrs.Smith DVD

Hello, I rented Mr and Mrs. Smith and made a backup copy using AnyDvd and DVD shrink. I then used CloneDVD to burn. When I start the DVD. the menu comes on screen, I click "play". The movie plays, but, it plays with the annoying audio commentry from the directors? Is this a feature to prevent copying? How do I play the actual movie itself? Thanks.
