Recently my sister had a lot of our old 8mm fmaily movies put onb a DVD. The problem is the place she had it done didn't put them in any order so it si random. I want to know if ther is a good an not expensive program that can let me cut and edit the files so I can then put them in a more organized manner and make a new dvd.

If all you want to do is cut and move scenes, and not do fancy transitions and titles, Womble Mpeg VCR or VideoRedo are good choices. they will edit mpeg video without re-encoding.
