    Hi,

    I´ve downloaded an AVI movie which came with subtitles. How can I remove/turn off them? Which app do I have to use?

    P.S.: After removing these original subtitles I will add another one (in my own language!)

    If you can't turn them off it's likely that they are hardcoded into the video. You may be able to remove/mask them using the DeLogo filter in VirtualDub, but it will require re-encoding.

    Could you explain to me (in more details) how can I remove/mask the subtitles using the DeLogo filter in VirtualDub, including the re-encoding requirement you´ve mentioned.
