Hi,
I went through the unfortunate expense of trying the unreliable RiData DVD+R DL inkjet prinatlbe set of 25. I got 6, 7 coasters, but some discs play sometimes fine, other time they do not.
I notice everyone raves about Verbratim. That's good, but the only inkjet printable ones are $80 for 20-pack on Newegg, which seems a bit too much.
Is there a happy inbetween medium, any other inkjet prinatable brand that is not wicked expensive?
Thanks

I consider that a terrific price for these discs -- I paid almost $1.00 per disc more only a few weeks back. These are the same 20-packs you wrote of above, in a cake box. I have used these discs and I have found them just as reliable as the non-printable Verbatim dual layer discs (I have now burned 16 of these printables, and have had no coasters at all).
Hope this is of some help,

I've got some printable Ricoh's on the go at the moment, and they seem OK - can't advise you on where to buy as I'm in the UK.
