Hi,
I have video that I shot on miniDV with a Sony PD-150 camera. I've been editing that footage on my computer. While I no longer have access to the PD-150, I do own an old Sony TRV-510 which uses Digital-8 tapes. Will I lose any image quality if I export the footage from my computer to the Digital-8 tapes?
Thanks in advance.

After you have edited it and exported back to the D8 camcorder it should look as good as it was on the MiniDV cam.. The Firewire between the PC and camcorder is only a means of getting files from one place to another..

Identical. DV is DV.
