I have no clue. One day my VCDs were working fine. and then i decide to watch one of them and when the movie started, there would be this squeeking (wrong spelling) noise and the sound quality was just horrible. I can barely hear what they are saying or if there are any sound effects in the background, i cant hear that either because of the squeeking noises. This happend to one of my vcds first then i put in another one, it worked fine (just to see if it was from the CD or not). days later i put in the vcd that was working fine, and bam there goes my good one also. Same exact thing to EVERY one of my VCDs now. I have a phillips dvd player (dvd941.) If anyone could help me out, that would be great.
