Odd Color Artifact

Here my setup
Dish 1000 point to 110, 119, 129
DP34 swicth
2 HDTV 811
2 301
Just so you know I test 4 diff PVR card which are ATI Theater 550 Pro, PVR 250 and 250MCE and 500MCE and both Encoder using SageTV, WinTV2000 and all them had that same type odd color artfact even try a few diff system which all end uop with pettey much the some problem, and dose show up on just about ever channel just that some channel it more visble then other and can see in REALtime no matter what input is used.
So I wondering has any one run in to something like this before?.

Which color artifact upsets you? This signal has gone from analog to digital many times from the original film or video camera to your PVR.

Are you seeing something that you don't see on the TV connected to the Dish box?

What an talk about the greenish and reddish tint
I have record from Dish in the pass and it never come out like that H@ll even the HDTV channel get that
