    Greetings,

    I bought a panasonic DMR-EH50 and I am wondering if anyone was able to make it work to change the channels with DirectTV as you can do with the cables boxes.

    I can record on IN3 but I have to change the channel before the recording on the Direct TV receiver.

    The IR blaster does not seem to work with the Direct TV Phillips receivers.

    No. You have to co-set the reciever. Satellite tech is not cooperate with USA or Canada services.
