    been looking for a program like cool edit with
    Video preview to check for audio sync errors

    I hate having to save file then remux then play back only to find out that the file is only a little bit off and have to do it over again and waste 2 hours of my day for trimming of a few seconds off of a file .

    The problem is usually dropped video frames, but not dropped audio frames, so this method would not work anyway.

    But any NLE like Premiere or Vegas would display both audio and video on the timeline.

    cool edit works , but takes like 30min to load Avi file for audio editing , it works well just takes along time to load it up .
