  1. hi, ppl.

    I want to backup a dvd9 into 2 dvd5, but um dvd stay only menu and movie, and the second with menu and extras. I read various guides, mas any make this, all split the movie to the second dvdr. Any can hepl me with this ?

    CloneDVD2 will do this, but depending on the size of the movie, you may have to compress it. Run it through once selecting only the movie, checking keep menu's. Once completed run it through again, and loose the movie, but keep the extras. There are several guides that will be more descriptive. Shrink3.2 will also do it, but will only allow you to replace the extras or movie with still images, it won't blank the VOB's like Clone.

    Another option: Use VOBBlanker, in conjunction with DVDShrink. VOBBlanker has a bit of a steeper learning curve, but it can be very powerful once you get the hang of it. You can have any and all menus, on both discs, and they will function. You can use DVDShrink to compress the movie a bit for disc one. All extras can be on disc two.
