As some of you know I have been playing around with my TV-Tuner settings when capturing my VHS videos.

I tried using YV12 and the picture is very clean except that as soon as I try to record it displays scrolling green lines.

I downloaded and installed "YV12QTCodec10a2" and it didn't help.

Anyone know about this codec out there?

    Thanks,
    Debbie

Which program are you using to capture with? What settings are you using? Why YV12? Have you tried HuffYUV?

I'm using the Hauppauge TV-Tuner to capture with. It doesn't have HuffYUV to choose.

I would love to capture in Adobe Premiere since that is where I edit and convert the file but I don't know how to tell the program how to find the TV-Tuner.
