    Please if someone could make a suggestion as to a dvd/vcr unit that can be reflashed to work with copyright protection.It doesnt need to record on the dvd side just the vcr side.
    Thanks....i read the comments in the dvd player section but still couldnt come to a good decision!

    Apex that has been flashed hooked to a VCR. Thats all I can tell you.
    I have been into computers since 1980. Ive been tinkering with DV in one flavor or another since 1990.
