Hello, I have been trying to find a tool to covert my vob files so that I can import them into Adobe Premier or any other editing software.

I have a Panasonic VDR-M50 digital camcorder that is recording onto 1.4 GB DVD-R's. The files that it is creating are .vob files. When I play the disk through the camcorder or even my computer via Media player they play fine.

What I am trying to do is be able to import the videos into Adobe Premier so I can edit/make a movie with them. Here is one other thing that I would like to do, I would like have the individual clips (like scenes on the disk) so that I can edit/use them.

On one of the DCD-Rs I have like 3 different things, and would like to be able to seperate those so I can use them individualy.

Please help. I am at a loss. Thank you VERY much. Bobby

I have tried vob2mpg however it is not working correclty for me. It appears to have finished coverting the file, however when I go to the file it is only 6 min long where original was 30 min.

There is a program that came with the comcorder DVDMovieAlbum SE. It seems to work only sometimes on DVD-RW disks. However, will not work on the DVD-R disks that I am using. It tells me that the disk is a UDF 1.5 format and needs to be a UDF 2.0 for the software to work.

    Anyone??? Help???
