    Sometimes I might need to join the files, What do people use.

    mp4box/yamb can join mp4 files. Not sure how it handles Nero's subtitles, etc. though.

    Just used the Yamb and MP4B0x and on the second clip near the join the video stops playing, Ive tried Reciding it and using a different film, It does the same.

    Works ok here: mp4box version 0.4.1-DEV 2005.11.19. Perhaps you have an older build of mp4box?

    The files I tested on weren't created by Nero though. You could try remuxing each part with mp4box and then joining.
