  1. I have a WMV file that I made in Windows Movie Maker, but I want to make the video on a VCD/SVCD/DVD.

    The specs of the video:
    File Type: WMV
    Bit Rate: 2.1mbps
    Display Size: 720x480
    Aspect Ratio: 4:3
    Frames per second: 30

I converted the video to VCD and it lost quality, it looked worse. I wanna convert it so I can play it in my DVD player, but I don't wanna lose ANY quality. What should I convert it to? I use TMPGEnc.

Ideally you should have outputted from WMM as DV-AVI, then converted this to DVD-compliant MPEG-2. http://members.dodo.net.au/~jimmalenko/AVI2DVD.htm should assist you with getting your conversion right.
    If in doubt, Google it.

  4. I WANT to save it to DV-AVI, but everytime I try to save it to that...Windows Movie Maker freezes up! Why is this? What could be causing this?
