  1. Hi. I'm having this strange problem with my DVD player (I noticed this problem doesn't occur on 100% of the DVD players).

I gat a movie; I create the MPEG-2 for SVCD , all is ok, so far.
Then, since I obviously have to split a movie in more discs, I insert a 'MPEG still' made with VCDEasy.
The problem is : even if I checked 'wait infinite', the still image disappear even if i ckecked "on end" 'wait ininite' on the 'interacticity page'.

Please note that I tried to make another trick: I made a sort of MPEG-2 movie: 'Insert Disc 2.MPG', loading , with TMPGenc, a bitmap 'Insert Disc 2' and loading, as audio, a 4s (4s if the minumim movie acepted length) 'mute WAV' file.
Again, I inserted, on the 'Interactivity' page the command 'wait infinite' when video ends.

The probles is similar: after 4s, the image disappears and the DVD player goes in the 'video out' screen.

    What can I do?
What can I do? I'm afraid that this is a problem of the 'wait infinite' command which is not accepted, for SVCD stills, on some player.
Please note that, on VCDs, I never had this problem!!!

Been a while since I did that, but I recall doing: a short movie, that I set to loop.

  3. Ok thanks , I'll try it.
I only wonder: why should VCDEasy understand the 'when video ends --> goto video' (loop) command even if it didn't understand the 'when video ends --> wait infinite' command?

I think it does wait infinitely, but without displaying anything. It shows the picture, takes it away, then waits.
