    I have been using TMPGEnc Plus for a while and I still have a problem with the MPEG Output. Sometimes the video produced flickering images at parts of slow motion, so it doesn't run smoothly.

    Anything I should change?(maybe changing progressive to interlace, etc...)

    Let's see.
    It's a small clip from Lords of the Ring: ROTK DVD

    First time, I selected these options
    Video Type: Non-Interlace(Progressive)
    Aspect Ratio: 16:9 NTSC 525 line
    Content of Video: Video(source runs 29.97 fps)

    I got these stats from DVD2AVI which I would apply to 2/5 of TMPGEnc Plus Project Wizard.
