megaupload.com anyone?

I don't know whether I should get a premium membership for megaupload.com. I don't know if it's worth the money. Have anyone ever used it before and do the speeds improve by a lot? Also, if let's say I dl a file and it's copyrighted, will it be easy for them to trace me because I have a premium membership? or it doesn't matter?

P.S.
I am not saying that I will be dling copyrighted material but just in case I do by mistake .

It's a site where people upload files for others. On most forums I go to where people upload files, they use megaupload.com.

I am surprised you guys never heard of it.

Someone correct me if I'm wrong, but they can trace you back with your IP address. I don't think a special membership will hide that.

This may sound pedantic but even hinting about circumventing copyright; then discussing hypothetical questions about avoiding an IP trace for same, is against the spirit of the rules here.
