I have a friend that lives in Europe and she is having problems downloading files from MegaUpload. It gives her a 'page cannot be displayed' error after she clicks download. the weird thing is some Megaupload links work, but most don't. Any suggestions?

Some countries have problems with megaupload. You might be able to get around that by using a proxy server
Sometimes the browser security level, firewall , and/or security suite settings will not allow your browser to advance to the download page - you might have to adjust this.
