No audio after encoding.

i tried to encode to DVD-lo to make a DVD. With small sizes .avi there's no problem at al. And only once it worked with a big size .avi. But now i don't ge the folders AUDIO and VIDEO. Only a .m2v and that's it.

What are the source format audio details in the summary tab?

Some possibilities:
DVD-lo defaults to 'Decode with QT', try 'Decode with mplayer'; and/or
DVD-lo defaults to 'Normalize audio' on, try de-selecting that.

Why did it work on a .AVi file and not on a .MOV file?

Remove the colon ":" from the filename. That's a likely cause for errors like "No such file or directory" and "Unable to open file".
