There is this: http://ww2.nero.com/nero6/eng/Register.html
You have to register to get to their support page, apparently.
Or you can do a Google search for 'nero 7 forums' to get the other views of Nero problems. Nero 7 seems to be an 'unfinished' product from all the problems reported. It might take a few upgrades to get it working better. -
What redwudz said. Nero 6 was a dog, and Nero 7 is a dog with fleas. If you want a really first-rate and cheap DVD burning app, try RecordNow. Has none of the bugs of Nero 6/7 and does at least as good a job of burning CDs/DVDs, arguably better.

I have never had a Nero problem.
Usually most problems are do to computer configuration and the use of other than mainstreem hardware.
I've burned thousands of video and datd cd's and dvd's with a handfull of user errors. Not even enough to count.
Nero products work just fine and has on my computers going all the way back to my Pentium 66. -
I don't use Nero 7, but I do use Nero 6.3 all the time, only because my burner needs that version. I was quite happy with Nero 5.5.
I have never had any problems with Nero, either. Mainly because I only use Nero Burning ROM just to burn and none of the rest of the bundled software. People that expect a program to do everything from capture to burn are bound to have difficulties at times. This is generally the same with Nero or any other do it all, all in one program.
I just wish Nero would have a minimal version of ROM for users that don't want all the add ons.Nero 7 is still in development, and I don't think it should have been released in that form. It will probably be corrected in due time, but are the 'new' features really worth the upgrade? You would have to answer that yourself. Just my opinion.

latest release for 7 (7.0.1.2) has fixed the initial bug with ROM running on XP; I only have Burning ROm, Express, backup, and recode installed and they all are working fine. The rest of the apps are not as good as others offered for free in some cases. When you update you now have to download the entire program and do a custom install over what you already have installed for you will end up with the bloatware too.
