Is there a program that will split an mpeg2 file and not re-encode the portion I want to keep? I have Cyberlink PowerDirector 5 and after I split the video and disguard the portion I don't want to keep, I am not able to burn the video I want to keep without PowerDirector trying to re-encode the video. I am not making any changes to the video at all, just disguarding the portion I don't want.
Thanks,
Lonn
