Vcd help

i have these files which are my home movies my friend converted my home movies to vcd and zipped the files and emailed them to me

Any idea what i do with the files to get them on to vcd?
god knows what format they are in at the moment but thats the list of the files above.

Download and install WinRar if you don't have it already. Then right-click on the file called /CD1/mvn-hp401.rar and choose Extract here. If nothing happens, try the same thing with /CD1/mvn-hp401.r00. Burn the result.
