I have on my computer episodes of shows (*cough*bittorrent*cough*), 20 min. 640x480 that avg. about 200 Mb, but my evil DVD publishing program limits me at 3 per DVD?! Got any programs on the internet, for free, I could use to max. out the hell of my DVD-R’s?

As far as free encoding and authoring software, not really. Check out the tools list, sofware is listed by price. You need an encoder, and then authoring software. Plus burning software. With a $0 budget, choicse are very limited, though not impossible.Want my help? Ask here! (not via PM!)
