Hello everybody, I am new here and dunno if I have posted my question in the right forum but I think it fits here somehow, anyway it might seems a very primitive question to some poeple here but to me it is a problem!
I am not a newbie to video editing domain, but regarding live broadcast I am Very noob! So here is the idea: I want to make my pc looks like a TV channel by displaying logo and news bar always on the top of every thing that displayed. I know some VGA cards with (chroma/color key) support can do that but I am looking for a software to make it, because I think it shouldn't be a big deal, but I still cant find one! so could somebody please lead me to some one?

Are we talking just on top of any videos you play, or literally on top of EVERYTHING, including your desktop and other programs you may run ?
    If in doubt, Google it.

Hardly a video related topic, rather a programming topic. Yes, it can be done. But you have to know how to write appllications for Windows. (If Windows is your target OS.)

  7. Get GBPVR and a couple of the plugins (RSS/News reader), and run it fullscreen.
