I tested With Swap file size of 500-1000 , 500-1500 , It did not change anything

I reinstall window , did not solve my issue. I am out of idea's, i updated , Mb driver everything. I cannot do anything while i am burning on my main station,

I noticed 1 thing, when i use to burn DVD to DVD my buffer level was always 49-50% till 30% of the burn does that on my small pc also ... well now it wont even get close to that in the first 30% , buffer level go crazy , i dont see anything in the taks that would affect that..

Could it be the cable ?
Could it be the Motherboard that dont like 2 ide ata 2 ide dvd and 1 s-ata .. 5 device ?

I tested my hyperthread has well , running 50% 50% setieathom so no issue there, Gaming is also rock solide

You shuld never burn / copy DVD to DVD. Only HD to DVD Preferably with a burning utility that has "Burn Proof" or some sort of buffer underrun.
Also, how fast are you burning your discs. If you burn faster than you can feed data to them your buffer will drop the second you do something else with your PC.
No DVD can withstand the power of DVDShrink along with AnyDVD!

What program are you burning with? Can you change the location of the burning programs buffer to a different hard drive?

You can try manually changing the buffer size in your burn program. I changed the UltraBuffer from Automatic to Manual and maxed it out to 80MB in Nero 6. I never had any buffer fluctuations until I went from 4x burning to 8x-16x burning. My software buffer drops to 50% and my DVD burner buffer empties out 2-3 times during a burn. It doesn't seem to affect the burn quality though.

Does not change much, I loaded PowerDVD while i was burning , My OS is on my SATA drive ...

well the buffer dropped till it completed loading
it seem to be a bitch better

My SATA seem to be sucking cpu resource or making computer hangup other process ...

Whoever said DVD to DVD is a problem is a little off base. I burn DVD to DVD all the time and have for a few years now and have NEVER had a problem as long as I do not try to burn faster than the rom can feed.
The real answer lies in completely understanding the question!

One thing else to try is disconnect all drives but for your bootup drive and your burner and see what happens, you have quite a few drives there.
